Coaching Agreement
The following document contains important information about your coaching services, please read it carefully.
Investment and Terms of Payment
The investment for this program is either $2,200 in full or four payments of $600. This investment includes:
-Unlimited* 15-minute personal coaching sessions with Amber for the duration of the 1-year program beginning on the day of your first group call.
-Four 1 hour group coaching sessions (w/ replay available) per month for the four months.
-Lifetime access to the online program: From Dating To Exclusive.
-A welcome package including a physical workbook.
Your first group call is on May 4th, 2023. Your last group call is on April 25th, 2024.
Access to group coaching recordings ends on April 25th, 2024.
*Unlimited 15-Minute Coaching Session Rules:
-Client must come prepared to the call with one specific challenge or question they would like to discuss.
-Client must also attend or watch the recordings of all group sessions in order to schedule 1:1 sessions.
-Client may only book 1 coaching session at a time.
-Client must apply what they learned from the last session before they schedule the next session.
-There are no “emergency” sessions. All scheduling is done through the Calendly app based on the availability of Amber’s schedule.
-There is no limit on how many sessions the client can schedule within the year, as long as they follow the above guidelines.
Coaching Services
The purpose of coaching is to assist the client in identifying, clarifying, and achieving their personal development goals. To that end, it is your responsibility to keep your personal coach, Amber Grubenmann, informed about your progress and any challenges that you may have.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. All the choices you make are exclusively your responsibility. Coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate legal, medical, or financial or other professional guidance as needed.
Amber Grubenmann’s expertise is based on her own personal development and her professional experience working with clients. She is not a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, or counselor.
Results
Coaching can produce powerful benefits and lead to solutions to specific challenges. While we do expect that you will greatly benefit from coaching there is no way to guarantee that you will reach specific results in a specific time frame because so much is dependent on your unique situation and personal history. To be effective, coaching requires an investment of time and energy both during and in between sessions.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund within two weeks of your purchase date. Simply email: [email protected] for a full refund.
Privacy
All information discussed in the 1:1 sessions is to be kept confidential. Amber may use aspects of your story (with all identifiable information removed) in articles, podcasts, teaching, or training programs. Please note that there is no guarantee of confidentiality within a group coaching setting and you should only share information you feel comfortable sharing with others. You may not share any aspect of anyone else’s story or personal information with anyone outside of the coaching group.
